Pool tiles cut, sorted and packed for export projects
Natural stone pool tiles are our core export product. The majority are Sukabumi Green Stone, but we also produce pool tiles in black lava stone for dark-water pools, in andesite for pool decks and in limestone for coping and surrounds.
A pool order is rarely a single item. Most projects need waterline tiles, wall and floor tiles, coping with a finished edge, step and bench pieces and sometimes mosaic for curved sections. We quote and pack these together so the whole pool arrives in one shipment, correctly labelled by area.
Send us the pool drawing with the areas and the setting-out and we will prepare a quantity breakdown per element together with the quotation.

Appearance
Depends on the stone selected. Green stone deepens in tone under water; black lava reads as a dark, absorbing surface; limestone and andesite are usually specified for the dry surround.

Production & quality control
- Cutting to the areas set out in the pool drawing, including step and bench pieces.
- Calibration so the setting bed stays even across the pool shell.
- Colour sorting across the whole pool order rather than per carton, so tone runs consistently.
- Labelling per pool area to speed up installation on site.
Packing
- Packed and marked by pool area — waterline, wall, floor, steps, coping.
- Interleaved, crated and strapped for sea freight.
Packing specifications may vary according to product, destination, size and buyer requirements.
Export
- Quotations on EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF terms. Shipping availability and freight rates depend on destination, carrier and shipment period.
- Loading ports: Tanjung Priok (Jakarta), Tanjung Perak (Surabaya), Semarang.
- Standard export documentation issued per shipment. Send your forwarder and customs requirements with the order.

Natural Stone Pool Tiles — questions buyers ask
Can you quote from our pool drawing?
Yes. Send the drawing with dimensions and we will prepare a quantity breakdown per pool area together with the quotation.
How much waste should we allow?
Allowance depends on the pool geometry, tile size and cutting on site. Your installer normally sets this; we can pack an agreed percentage of extra material in the same shipment so replacement tiles come from the same production batch.
Do you supply the coping as well?
Yes. Coping with bullnose, half bullnose or drip groove is produced with the pool tiles so the whole pool ships together.
