Orders and quantities
What is your minimum order quantity?
We are set up for container shipments. Smaller trial quantities and sample orders can be discussed, and mixed containers combining several stones and formats are common for villa and landscape projects.
Can I order a mixed container?
Yes. Mixed containers are normal for projects that need several stones — for example green stone for the pool, andesite for the deck and lava stone for a feature wall. Each crate is marked by element.
How do I get an accurate quotation?
Send the stone, size, finish, thickness, quantity, destination port and Incoterm. Drawings, cutting lists or a BOQ give the most accurate result, and you can attach them to the quotation request form.
Do you sell to private buyers?
Our quotations, packing and documentation are prepared for business buyers importing or building with the material. Private projects of container scale are welcome; small retail quantities are generally better served by a stockist in your own market.

Material and specification
Will the stone match the sample exactly?
No natural stone matches a sample exactly. We agree an acceptable colour range against a control sample before production and sort the whole order to that range.
Why does green stone look different under water?
The surface is porous and unglazed, so once wetted the tone deepens and the natural movement becomes more visible. Always judge pool stone from a wetted sample.
Can you cut custom sizes?
Yes. Custom sizes, free lengths, coping profiles, step and bench pieces and corner units are cut to project drawings.
Do you provide technical data or test reports?
Technical data available upon request. Test reports and material data are issued per shipment or per project on request.
Which stone should I use for a driveway?
Andesite is the usual specification for vehicular paving because it is dense and holds a textured surface. Send the traffic loading and bedding method and we will quote the appropriate thickness.
Shipping

Which Incoterms do you quote?
EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF. Tell us which you work on and we will quote to it.
How long does shipping take?
Transit time depends on the route, carrier and transhipment. Shipping availability and freight rates depend on destination, carrier and shipment period, so both are confirmed at the time of the offer.
How is the stone packed?
Faces interleaved with foam or paper, edges and corners protected, crates built on fumigated timber, strapped and marked with product, size, finish and quantity. Packing specifications vary by product, size, destination and buyer requirement.
What documents do you issue?
Standard export documentation is issued per shipment. If your country requires additional certificates or particular wording, tell us at order stage so it can be prepared in time.
Can I appoint an inspector before loading?
Yes. Third-party inspection before loading can be scheduled into the production programme if you tell us at order stage.
