Repeatable supply for developers and contractors
Commercial and development work needs predictable supply more than it needs unusual material: the same stone, in the same finish, across a large area and often across several phases.
We produce to fixed cutting lists, sort colour across the whole order rather than per crate, and can hold material from an approved batch for later phases where the programme requires it.
For tenders we can supply a specification-ready description of the material, formats and finishes so the stone package can be priced accurately.

Specification notes
- Programme and phasing
- Give us the delivery programme with the enquiry. Production and sea transit times both have to be built into the site schedule.
- Documentation
- Standard export documentation is issued per shipment. Additional project documentation can be discussed at order stage.
- Consistency across phases
- Material for later phases is reserved from the approved batch where the quantity and storage allow.
