All goods are shipped by sea freight from Indonesia to your designated port of destination.

– FCL (Full Container Load) → for bulk orders or large projects.
Estimated transit time: 4–7 weeks, depending on the destination port.
Please note that delivery time may vary due to vessel schedules, customs clearance, and local handling in your country.
Products are packed in strong wooden crates or pallets following international export standards.
Special care is taken for fragile products (stone basins, mosaics) to ensure safe arrival.
